Coleslaw

Our maple coleslaw combines the traditional flavors you expect from a good slaw with a hint of maple sweeteness. Serve atop our maple pulled pork for a delicious sandwich or bring as a side dish to any potluck or picnic.

Coleslaw Ingredients:

  • 12 c shredded cabbage
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 med red onion, diced
  • 1 carrot, finely shredded
  • ½ c sugar – sprinkle over Tossed Vegetables

Dressing Ingredients:

Dressing - Bring to a Boil:

  • 1/2 c Pure Ohio Maple Syrup
  • 1 t dry Mustard
  • 1 t Celery Seed
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1/4 t White pepper
  • 3/4 c Vinegar
  • 3/4 c Vegetable Oil
  • Pour warm dressing over veggies, stirring.
  • Cover and refrigerate 4-6 hours. Serves 12.
