Brewers Grade
In Food Service and looking for cost effective bulk syrup, stronger than the standard table grade?
Brewers Grade (Very Dark) is a great option as a food ingredient, because less is needed to achieve a robust maple taste.
Barrels
After our aging process we resell our mapled bourbon barrels so they continue their lifecycle, giving subtle maple flavor to various products.
At this time, we do not offer the following products:
Maple Sugar, Maple Candy, Maple Cream, Maple Water, Maple BBQ Sauce, Maple Mustard, Flavored Maple Syrup, Sap. Sorry for the inconvenience!

The 4 Grades of Maple Syrup
Pure Maple Syrup is found in four grades.
From lightest to darkest, they are:
Golden (Delicate Taste)
Amber (Rich Taste)
Dark (Robust Taste)
Very Dark (Strong Taste)
The lighter the syrup, the sweeter it is; the darker the syrup, the more maple flavor it has.
While we offer all grades, Bissell specializes in Dark (Robust). We think it has the perfect balance of sweetness and maple flavor.
